Tarin comes to John Gregory Salon from Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from the Euphoria Institute of Beauty, Arts & Sciences, where she received advanced certification in creative cutting and coloring.
Tarin also medaled in a multi-state Haircolor/Up-do competition held in California. She has also furthered her education attending cutting and coloring courses including Pivot Point, Schwarzkopf, Goldwell, Keratin Complex, Olaplex, and Redken.
She has extensive experience with the Keratin Complex Smoothing System and is certified to do this procedure.
She enjoys using her hairdressing skills and her background in art to create both classic and trend-setting styles for her clients.

Donna Viola
Master Hairstylist | Colorist
Donna began her career in New York City, She was the senior stylist at John Gregory Salon in New Jersey for 18 years.
Donna has received extensive training at Vidal Sassoon in Toronto, Canada, as well as training with John and Debra during her long tenure with them in New Jersey.
She also brings vast experience in haircoloring, having trained at the L’Oreal Institute in New York City and Renbow University in Reading, PA. Donna is very dedicated to her craft and is very client focused.
Donna has recently relocated to Manatee County and lives with her husband and their two rescue dogs.
Lara Nikolaidis
Master Hairstylist | Colorist
Lara comes to John Gregory Salon from New York, bringing over 30 years of experience to the salon. She built her reputation as a specialist in corrective color, dimensional color, gray blending, and Japanese straightening, earning the trust and loyalty of clients throughout her career.
Lara has also shared her expertise as an educator for both L’Oréal Professionnel and Paul Mitchell, training and inspiring fellow stylists while continuing to advance her own skills and knowledge.
Dedicated to excellence in her craft, Lara is passionate about creating customized looks that complement each client’s lifestyle while enhancing their natural beauty. Her warm personality and attention to detail help clients look and feel their absolute best.
Lara now proudly calls Lakewood Ranch home. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, living a holistic lifestyle, and caring for her three beloved dogs.
Esmeralda Ibarra
Assistant
Esme is a dedicated and talented member of the team who began her journey at Manatee Technical College, where she built a foundation in cosmetology. Currently advancing through our rigorous Assistant Program, Esme continues to impress with her passion, professionalism, and dedication to mastering her craft. She shows exceptional promise in hair coloring and blow-dry styling, combining creativity with technical skill to deliver beautiful, polished results. Outside of the salon, Esme enjoys spending time with her adorable bunny, Liam, who brings a bit of extra joy and inspiration to her everyday life. With her warm personality and strong work ethic, Esme is quickly becoming a standout member of our team.
